The land is a mix of river flat and steep hillside in contour and has a mix of northern and southern aspects. The block has no direct access but can be accessed via the neighbouring property.
The block is currently leased together with Piraunui 1A2B, 1A2C, 1B2B, Rangitatau 1D5A2 & 1D5A3. Combined, the blocks total 170.6452 hectares of which, 45 hectares are utilised for sheep and cattle grazing. The balance of the land can be attributed to scrub and fern, a pine plantation and a wahi tapu site.
There is a wahi tapu site located on the centre ridge area of Piraunui 1A2B, 1A2A2 and 1A2C that has been fenced off. There is a small Urupa located on the northern flat.
