My Whenua

My Whenua is our secure online service that helps you stay connected to your whenua.

My Whenua is a secure online service provided by Te Tumu Paeroa to help you stay connected to whenua we administer.

If you are an owner, trustee, whānau member, or whānau trust trustee, you can use My Whenua to access information about your whenua and receive notifications when there are updates.

Once you’ve signed up, and depending on your access level, you can view:

  • News and other pānui
  • Maps
  • Photos and videos
  • Dates of upcoming owner hui
  • Whenua details, such as:
    • Ownership and trustee information
    • Lease and land-use details
    • Documents, reports and minutes
    • Financial information

Who can access My Whenua?

My Whenua uses different access levels based on your confirmed connection to each whenua:

  • Whānau – You may have whānau access if you have a connection to whenua through whānau, or if you may succeed as an owner or trustee in the future. You can also register as whānau if you are a member of the public. With whānau access, you can see limited information only.
  • Whānau Trust Trustee – You may have whānau trust trustee access if you have already succeeded to whenua through the Māori Land Court as a trustee of a whānau trust representing an ownership interest.
  • Owner – You may have owner access if you have already succeeded to whenua through the Māori Land Court.
  • Trustee – You may have trustee access if you have been appointed as an Advisory Trustee or Responsible Trustee of the whenua by the Māori Land Court.

If you have an email address you can access, you can sign up for My Whenua here.
