Tokomaru B5E3 is a 55.0715 hectare property situated on both sides of Waiapu Road, approximately 4 kilometres from Tokomaru Bay. The land ranges easy to steep hill in contour and presents as three severances. The block can be accessed from the road.
The leased area, approximately 13 hectares of the southern severance, is currently utilised for grazing.
A large section, approximately 11 hectares, of the northern severance is covered in native bush. A Nga Whenua Rahui Kawenata was signed in February 2020 to retire and protect this section of the land.
There is a set of cattle yards on the property. The old house and old cow shed is excluded from the lease.
