The land is flat in contour and has an open aspect. The block can be accessed from Kaiwaitau Road.
The effective area, 53.0900 hectares, is currently utilised for low intensity dry stock grazing (cattle). The balance of the land can be attributed to the lagoon, low lying wet areas, wilding pines and a historic dump.
