Kaiwaitau 2E

Kaiwaitau 2E is a 62.4120 hectare property situated on Kaiwaitau Road, approximately 3 kilometres from Mahia. The property provides two severances; a small strip on the south eastern side of Kaiwaitau Road that is entirely non-productive and adjoins the Maungawhio Lagoon, and the primary parcel on the north-western side of Kaiwaitau Road. The land is flat in contour and has an open aspect. The block can be accessed from Kaiwaitau Road.
The effective area, 53.0900 hectares, is currently utilised for low intensity dry stock grazing (cattle). The balance of the land can be attributed to the lagoon, low lying wet areas, wilding pines and a historic dump.
