Orete F is a 12.1405 hectare property situated opposite State Highway 35, approximately 450 metres from Waihau Bay. The land is predominantly level in contour and bounds the Waitungenge Stream on its northern and eastern boundaries and the Pacific Ocean on its western boundary. The block is landlocked and is currently accessed via adjoining land.
The effective area, approximately 10.5 hectares, is currently utilised for maize cropping. The balance of the land can be attributed to the poor quality pasture adjacent to the Pacific Ocean, the stream and the stream's berm.
