Himatangi 3A3G2 is a 103.52 hectare farm located on the northern side of Wall Road, 6 kilometres north of Foxton, Manawatu.
A 47.5 hectare block of pine trees has recently been harvested in conjunction with the tenant. The harvested area was replanted in young pine and a large pond was riparian planted and fenced in addition.
54.0185 ha of the block is a peat style soil that is utilised by an adjoining dairy farmer as a dairy support unit. The balance is unproductive and wetlands.
The owners in conjunction with Te Tumu Paeroa and Horizons Regional Council are in the process of developing a 2ha wet land on the block.
The block has excellent road frontage to the south and an entrance off the end of Totara Park Road.
