Pourerere B No 3 is a 4.0292 hectare property situated on Pourerere Road, approximately 40 kilometres from Waipawa. The land is a down slope from the road frontage but the remainder is flat in contour and has a northerly aspect. The block can be accessed from Pourerere Road.
The effective area, approximately 4.00 hectares, is currently utilised for casual grazing but also as a camping ground. The balance of the land can be attributed to the creek area.
There are two Portaloos for the camp site that are attended to by the council.
There is an urupa neighbouring the property on the eastern boundary.
