Combined, the blocks total approximately 4.922 hectares, of which 2.7 hectares are effective, and are used for farming sheep and beef cattle. On the balance of the land there is 0.22ha of macrocarpas, eucalyptus, willows and scrub
There is a cottage on the property that the lessee resides in is held under an Occupation Right. This cottage is excluded from the lease.
