Carnarvon 387A Sec 5 is an 80.92 hectare property situated on Rangiotu Road, approximately 3 kilometres east of Himatangi. The land is flat to easy undulating in contour. The block can be accessed from Rangiotu Road.
The effective area, approximately 70.76 hectares, is currently utilised for dairy support. The balance of the land can be attributed to drains, pines and non-grazing areas.
There is approximately 10 hectares of unstable sandridge land that has been retired and planted in pine trees as a soil stabilisation measure.
There is a pump shed and a small set of basic yards on the property.
