Te Araroa Sec 29 30A
Te Araroa Section 29 30A is a 6.8189 hectare block situated on State Highway 35 in Te Araroa.
Section 29 is a rectangular shaped flat section fenced to the road and side boundaries but not to Section 30A. The site has poor quality light loam over shingle subsoils.
Section 30A is an irregular shaped section again with poor shingle soils on the north end, however improving closer to Waione Road. The section is fenced to the road and on two of its boundaries.
Both sections are zoned rural under the Gisborne District Council Plan. The blocks are currently not leased and Te Tumu Paeroa are accepting expressions of interest to lease the block.
