The land presents as three separate lots and is predominantly flat to medium hill in contour. Wharerangi 6B3 can be accessed from Puketitiri Road. Wharerangi 5B2 Part 1 and 2 can be accessed via neighbouring land.
The effective area, approximately 32.0410 hectares, is currently utilised for arable and sheep/beef breeding. The balance of the land can be attributed to maize stubble, the access-way and trees and drains.
