Waewaetutuki 8A
Waewaetutuki 8A is a 65.5 hectare an irregular shaped property situated on Waewaetutuki Road, Paengaroa, some 3km from Maketu and 16km from Te Puke. Access is gained via Waewaetutuki Road.
The block is predominately easy contour.
Waewaetutuki 8A is utilised for cropping.
The block adjoins the Waihi Estuary and the majority of legal area is unproductive comprising tidal swamp and a portion of water. Toward the front of the site is a triangular portion of good easy contour that then slopes down through steep scrub to rough tidal strip grazing. Another small area of easy contour is located adjoining the Maketu A105 Block.
