Situated in a coastal location, this 86.65 ha block is of a long and narrow rectangular shape extending west form Moutere Road. It is predominantly of rolling sand-hill contour (90%), with limited areas of flat land. The land has an open aspect. Soils are described as very light, and low producing. The land has minimal subdivision, just two main paddocks, and two holding paddocks.
A series of bulldozed tracks provide vehicle access over the property, these tracks are sand based and suitable for motorbike or four-wheel drive only.
The block is farmed by a local dairy farmer to winter part of his herd and some dairy replacements. The land would also be suitable for grazing beef cattle.
