The block is currently leased together with Komene 7D. The properties form a 32.3748 hectare block, of which, 29.5348 hectares is utilised for dairy support in conjunction with the lessee's adjoining dairy farm. The balance of the land can be attributed to the riparian areas.
There is a three-bay hayshed on the property.
