Komene 12C2
Komene 12C2 is an 11.94 hectare property situated at Puniho, approximately 30 kilometres southwest of New Plymouth. The land is predominantly flat in contour with a number of low boulder hummocks on its southern side and small areas of swamp in its north-western and north-eastern corners. Soils on the property comprise of warea brown loam and boulder loam. The block can be accessed via a metalled track (a paper road) from Puniho Road.
The effective area, approximately 11.0 hectares, is currently utilised for dairying in conjunction with the lessees' neighbouring dairy farm. The balance of the land can be attributed to the areas of swamp and bush.
There is a two-bay shed on the property.
