Pehitawa A13

Pehitawa A13 is a 90.4320 hectare property situated on State Highway 3, approximately 4 kilometres from Te Kuiti. The land has a mixed contour with 25ha being undulating, 39ha being easy to medium hill and the remainder of the block being bush and swamp. Due to this mixed contour, the aspect of the property varies but would generally be described as westerly. The block can be accessed from a well formed access strip off State Highway 3 and across part of a neighbouring property.
The effective area, approximately 64.0 hectares, is currently utilised for dairy support. The balance of the land can be attributed to the Kahikatea bush stand on the west side of the block that was put under conservation in 2002.
There is a 3 bedroom dwelling, carport, woolshed and tractor shed on the property.
