Matuakore Huriwai
MT was managing Matuakore's financial affairs under a disability trust. Matuakore passed away in 2016, and our role with respect to his disability trust ended upon his passing. Next steps are for his whanau to apply for succession. On receipt of those orders, the funds will be paid out, we'll wrap up the disability trust formally, and this entity will then be deactivated.
In the meantime, Matuakore still receives rental payments as he is one of two owners on a Maori freehold landblock in HB.
