The land is flat to easy rolling at the front and middle of the property running through to steep hill at the back. The block can be accessed from both State Highway 1 and Spooners Hill Road.
The effective area, approximately 214 hectares, is currently utilised for sheep and cattle grazing. The balance of the land can be attributed to the back hill area in bush.
There is a set of sheep yards, cattle yards and a woolshed on the property.
