Pukekowhai 3B

Pukekowhai 3B is a 19.9054 hectare property situated on Whanganui River Road, Parakino, and is approximately 19 kilometres from Whanganui. The land ranges from flat to steep hill in contour. The block can be accessed from Whanganui River Road.
A section of the property, approximately 2.5 hectares, is currently utilised for grazing.
There is also a 10.9 hectare pine plantation on the property that is under a Forestry Joint Venture agreement. The agreement is for two rotational crop cycles. The first rotation was planted between 1994 and 1996 and was harvested in 2018.
