Tukituki
Tukituki is a 149.0510 hectare property situated on State Highway 3 in the Maxwell district, approximately 12 kilometres north-west of Whanganui. The land is a mix of medium steep hill country and flat/easy rolling plateau in contour. The easy/rolling plateau has an open aspect and the hills are a mix of northern and southern aspects. The block can be accessed from State Highway 3.
The effective area, approximately 147.1405 hectares, is currently utilised for sheep and beef grazing. The balance of the land can be attributed to swampy areas.
There is a small set of sheep yards and a hay barn on the property.
