The land is predominantly flat in contour dropping away from the road to a watercourse that dissects the property. There are some undulating sand hills to parts of the rear of the property. The block can be accessed directly from the road.
The effective area, approximately 12.10 hectares, is currently utilised for dairy support in conjunction with adjoining land. The balance of the land can be attributed to watercourses.
There is a pump shed on the property.
