Kaiwaitau 2C

Kaiwaitau 2C is a 17.9009 hectare property situated on both sides of Kaiwaitau Road, approximately 3 kilometres from Mahia. The land is flat in contour and presents as four severances. The block can be accessed from Kaiwaitau Road. The north-eastern severance is accessed via adjoining land.
The effective area, approximately 8.0662 hectares, is currently utilised for dry stock grazing. The balance of the land can be attributed to the lagoon, the stream and low-lying wetlands. The north-eastern severance is excluded from the lease.
