Taieri Blk C Sub 5 is a 12.1709 hectare property situated to the west of Otokia-Kuri Bush Road East, approximately 34 kilometres south-west of Dunedin. The land is predominantly medium to steep hill in contour. The block can be accessed via Maori Reserve Road (a long dirt track) off Otokia-Kuri Bush Road.
The block is leased in two parts.
Approximately 8 hectares is leased to the Department of Conservation and is managed in conjunction with other Taieri blocks as part of the Taieri River Scenic Reserve.
The balance of the land is leased separately and is currently utilised for grazing.
