Poutere A

kilometres from Taneatua. The land is level to slightly undulating in contour and rises gently to the rear of the eastern boundary. The block has an open aspect. Soils on the property comprise of layered river silt. The block can be accessed from Ruatoki Valley Road.
The effective area, approximately 8.0 hectares, has previously been utilised for the grazing of beef and dairy cattle, dairy support and the making of silage to feed out on the block. The balance of the land can be attributed to a low lying area that ponds with water over winter and is dry for the rest of the year.
The block is currently vacant.
