Herupara B
Herupara B is a 51.5957 hectare property situated on State Highway 35 and Awanui Road North, approximately 200 metres south of Tikitiki. The land is predominantly flat in contour and is dissected into three severances by Awanui Road North and the Waiapu River. The block can be accessed from State Highway 35 and Awanui Road North.
The effective area, approximately 36 hectares, is currently utilised for sheep and beef grazing. The balance of the land can be attributed to bush, trees, the river, stream and gravel.
A small section of the eastern severance is currently leased to the Gisborne District Council and is utilised as a refuse station.
There is a set of cattle yards on the eastern severance.
