Whangamarino 393A2B is a predominantly flat block with some rolling contour towards its western end. The rolling country has a generally easterly aspect.
The soils on the property comprise a volcanic ash overlay on mixed substrata in the rolling area and mainly alluvial derived silts and loams on the flat sections.
The effective area, approximately 45 hectares, is currently utilised for vegetable production.
There is a hay barn and pump shed on the block.
