Taitoko Pataka

Taitoko Pataka is a 64 hectare property situated on Waiteika Road, approximately 6 kilometres from Opunake.
The land is flat with some areas broken by lahar mounds in contour and has an open aspect. The property is dissected by the Waiteika and Mangahume streams which results in the property being separated into three sections. The streams are both bridged for stock and vehicle access. The block can be accessed from Waiteika Road.
The effective area, approximately 62.00 hectares, is currently utilised for dairying. The balance of the land can be attributed to riverbank and watercourses.
There is a two bay haybarn on the property.
