The land is a compact shaped block with mixed land contours. There is good frontage to the sealed Pukehuia Road. The land has an open aspect with a mixed contour of level to easy hill.
There is a clay track on the property that leads down onto the river flats. The track has recently (2018) been graded, the water tables cleaned and is in functional condition.
The effective area, some 7 hectares, is currently utilised for grazing dairy stock. The balance of the land can be attributed to native bush.
