Pirinoa 4 is a 29.6052 hectare property situated off Whakatomotomo Road, near Pirinoa, approximately 30 kilometres from Martinborough.
The property is currently leased along with nine other block. The land lies over three terraces and has a northerly aspect. The blocks are landlocked but can be accessed off Whakatomotomo Road via a forestry track.
Combined these properties total 146.3316 hectares, of which, 60 hectares is currently utilised for grazing. The balance of the land can be attributed to bush, scrub, fallow, the fenced off river catchment and pine trees.
