The land has a mixed contour (5ha flat, 6ha easy sandy shingle, 22ha easy to steep and 24.629ha steep rocky) with a south easterly aspect. The block has access via a farm track from Glenduh Station.
Soils on the property comprise a mix of alluvial, sandy shingle and loams.
The effective area, approximately 33 hectares, has previously been used for store grazing. The balance of the land can be attributed to scrub and coast and hill rock.
There is an urupa on the block that is fenced off.
