Ngatimanuhiakai 16B has a total title area of 5.008 hectares, 0.2023 hectares is Maori Reservation and the remaining 4.9068 hectares is vested under a Ahu Whenua Trust. The property situated on Upper Inaha Road, approximately 18 kilometres north-west of Hawera. The land is predominantly flat in contour but is broken by a shallow gully dissecting its eastern end and some sidling on its mid-southern and south-eastern areas. The property has an open aspect and its soils comprise of Egmont loam. The block can be accessed from Upper Inaha Road.
The effective area, approximately 4.50 hectares, is currently utilised for dairying in conjunction with adjoining leasehold lands. The balance of the land can be attributed to the gully, watercourses and non-graze-able areas.
There is an urupa on the property.
