Te Kumi A8 & A12 Section 1

Te Kumi A8 and A12 is a block featuring flat low lying land. The land has a medium to high natural fertility with the soil type having a good response to phosphate fertilisers. The majority of the property has been cropped and is now in new grass. Approximately 1.7 ha of the land is lower lying and susceptible to flooding.
The current tenant gains access to the property through their own land to the south. The tenant has offered to provide an access easement over his own land to this block.

The block is well developed with an all-weather track through to the tenants block adjoining to the north. This track also provides access to the dwelling and sheds situated in the north west corner.
A well maintained three bedroom house forms part of the lease. This includes a basic form garage. There is a well maintained woolshed and workshop adjacent to the house.
