Waiokura D

Waiokura D is a 9.7 hectare, bare land, block situated on the eastern side of Upper Winks Road at Manaia, approximately 200 metres from SHWAY 45 intersection and 14 kilometres west of Hawera.
The block has an open aspect and is predominantly flat contour at road level and steps down to river terraces with the Kapuni Stream situated to the rear.
Waiokura D is utilised as part of a larger dairy runoff in conjunction with the adjoining northern farm.
Access is gained from two roadside entries along Winks Road. A small set of stockyards with load-out race is situated in the south-east corner access point of the property off Winks Road.
