Whangape 67B3B1 is a 12.4440 hectare block situated on the northern side of Glen Murray Road near Te Kauwhata. The block has good frontage and can be accessed via Glen Murray Road.
The property is a regular shaped parcel of land with an undulating to easy hill contour in fair quality pastures the soils are derived from Hamilton Ash and rhyolitic sediment.
The effective area, some 10.7 hectares, is currently utilised for bull beef fattening. The balance of the land, some 1.744 hectares, can be attributed to a small area of bush in the north west corner and the pond and swampy areas in the western area of the property.
There is an area near the entrance gate that has been recently fenced for the owners to use as an Urupa in the future.
Soils on the block comprise of Churchill Clay loam and sandy clay loam.
There is a set of cattle yards in the south western corner of the property. These comprise a couple of pens, drenching race and a loading ramp.
