Hauhungaroa No.7

Hauhungaroa No.7 is a 200.4756 hectare property situated on Karangahape Road, at Kuratau, approximately 25 kilometres north-west of Turangi. The property is dissected into two sections by Karangahape Road. The land is predominantly flat to rolling in contour with the balance being medium to steep hillside and gully. The block can be accessed from Karangahape Road.
The property is leased under two separate tenancies. The land is predominantly utilised for dairy grazing with the balance of the land leased separately for the purpose of establishing, developing and managing a Manuka forest.
There is a woolshed, a shearers quarters/cottage, 2 round hay-barns, 2 pump sheds and a set of cattle yards on the property. There is also remnants of a set of sheep yards on the property that are no longer in use.
