Wharaurangi 10 is a 10.1905 hectare property situated on Ruataniwha Road, approximately 9 kilometres south-west of Gisborne. The land is flat in contour and is dissected into two severances by the Palmerston North-Gisborne railway line. The northern severance can be accessed via Ruataniwha Road and the southern severance is accessed via a 280m gravel access way.
The block is currently utilised for sheep finishing.
