Ngapakihi 2B3A is a 16.04 hectare property situated on Raetihi-Ohakune Road, approximately 2 kilometres east of Raetihi. The land is flat to very easy in contour and has an open aspect. Soils on the property comprise of Ohakune silt loam. The block is in two parts dissected by a railway reserve. The block can be accessed from the lessee's adjoining land on Raetihi-Ohakune Road.
The leased area, 14.61 hectares, excludes the land that is north of the former railway line. Approximately 14.0 hectares is currently utilised for sheep and beef farming. The balance of the land can be attributed to an area of low lying swamp in the north-west corner and the creek and sidlings to the south-eastern corner.
There are several buildings on the property, however these are outside the leased area.
