The land is mainly flat to easy undulating in contour with some rolling land around the knoll. Soils on the property comprise of Carnarvon brown. The block can be accessed from a shared right of way.
The effective area, approximately 7.66 hectares, is currently utilised for dairy support of smaller animals. The balance of the land can be attributed to the drive, burial ground and drains.
