The land is predominantly sand-flat in contour and is dissected by two low sand ridges. The block can be accessed from both Himatangi Block Road and Motuiti Road.
The effective area, approximately 41 hectares, is currently utilised for dairy grazing in conjunction with adjoining land. The balance of the land can be attributed to the woodlots and non-graze-able areas.
There is a set of cattle yards and a pump shed on the property.
