The properties form a 28.9805 hectare block, of which 27.9 hectare is currently utilised for the growing of maize silage with the autumn sown pasture providing a cut of silage for the following spring or it is used for the wintering of dairy cows. The balance of the land can be attributed to the stop bank and river berm.
