Himatangi 3B 2B1 is a 12.7957 hectare property situated north of Totara Park Road, approximately 6 kilometres north of Foxton.
The contour of the property is a mix of wet and dry sandflat dissected by low consolidated sandridges and has an open aspect. Soils on the property comprise Himatangi sand and Pukepuke black sand.
The majority of the block is in pasture. The block has no formed road access however it has legal right of way access over the neighbouring land to the south and west of the block.
The effective area, approximately 12.15 hectares, is currently utilised for dairy grazing. The balance of the land can be attributed to drains and wet areas.
There is a pump shed on the property, however water is provided by the adjoining neighbour. The land has no independent farm infrastructure such as cattle yards.
