Maungatautari 4G2A is a 56.68 hectare property situated on Maru Road, Pukeatua, approximately 28 kilometres from Te Awamutu. The property is split into two severances by Maru Road. The land is predominantly undulating to easy hill in contour. Soils on the property comprise of Tirau (sandy) loam and Kakepuku (clay) loam. The block can be accessed from Maru Road.
The effective area, approximately 45.0 hectares, is currently utilised for rearing bulls for the purpose of leasing to dairy farmers. The balance of the land can be attributed to bush, scrub, streams, swamp and the margins.
