Lot 4 & Pt MR 806 & RS37181 is a 74.3139 ha section of predominantly flat land with a gentle rise up to the road. It is accessed from Lower Lake Road and has an effective area of 62 ha. It is currently utilised for cattle and sheep farming. The balance of the land can be attributed to the lake bed.
The leasehold improvements consist of a set of sheep yards, a 3 bed cottage and a pump shed.
