Hokonui Endowment
Hokonui Endowment is an 805.7287 hectare property situated on both sides of Retreat Road, approximately 30 kilometres north-west of Gore. The land ranges from flat to moderately undulating hill in contour. The block can be accessed from Retreat Road.
The block is currently utilised as a sheep and cattle finishing unit in conjunction with adjoining land. There are also several small forestry areas on the land.
There are two dwellings, a workshop, implement shed, fertiliser shed, hay shed, deer shed and a woolshed with covered yards on the property.
