Puketiti 4B

Puketiti 4B is a 233.9083 hectare property situated 4 kilometres off State Highway 3 near Pio Pio. The property has an easy to medium hill contour that is broken by steeper gullies and rocky outcrops.
The block can be accessed via a legal easement across Waitoru Station, the neighbouring farm.
There are formed and fenced tracks leading to most paddocks, however the track is four wheel drive access only and in places is not considered all weather.
The effective area, approximately 130 hectares, is currently utilised for dairy grazing. The balance of the land can be attributed to bush, tracks, rocky outcrops and streams/swamp on the property.
