Parish of Taupiri Lot 442B

Parish of Taupiri Lot 442B is a 14.24 hectare property located on Tahuna Road near Te Hoe, 25 km from Huntly and is accessed from Tahuna Road.
The block is generally undulating in contour rising up from the road toward the rear. A stream running from north to south dissects the property. Soils are prone to becoming very wet in winter and spring due to the soil type, iron pan and springs at the top end of the property. The property is also prone to summer drys.
The block is currently farmed by the adjoining dairy farmer who is using the block for his replacement herd.
Access is gained to the property from Tahuna Road with stock access through the adjoining farm. The property has no race therefore some paddocks are accessed by passing over adjoining paddocks. Several culverts provide access over the stream that passes through the property.
