Te Rua O Te Moko 1A2

Te Rua O Te Moko 1A2 is a 30.5057 hectare property situated between Onewhaia Road and Austin Road, approximately 4 kilometres north-west of Normanby. The land is predominantly flat in contour. The block can be accessed from both Onewhaia Road and Austin Road.
The block is one part of five Maori land blocks that are utilised for dairy farming as part of a joint venture with Te Rua o Te Moko Ltd. In 2009 the owners of the five Maori land blocks decided to combine their land (approximately 189 hectares) into a single farm and develop an economic dairy operation. The joint venture dairy farm milks 500 cows.
