Kekerione Sec 28

Kekerione Sec 28 is a 323.4215 hectare property situated on both Port Hutt Road and North Road, approximately 19 kilometres north of the Waitangi Township, Chathams Islands. The land is predominantly easy rolling in contour and presents as three sections. The main section is situated on the eastern side of Port Hutt Road with the western section dissected into two parts by Tennants Lake. The block can be accessed from both Port Hutt Road and North Road.
The block is currently utilised for sheep and cattle farming. A stand of bush, approximately 27 hectares, on the far western section, by the lake, is subject to a Nga whenua rahui and has been retired and fenced off for conservation purposes.
