3.3 Hectares for Grazing

Wairewa MR 887 Block IV Section 18 is situated on Akaroa Road, approximately 1 kilometre from Little River. The land is easy rolling in contour with a moderate hill face fronting Christchurch Akaroa Road and has a predominantly north-west aspect.

Rates are the responsibility of the lessee if applicable. The block is currently non-rateable.

The block is available for occupation.

The preferred term is an ongoing monthly agreement with 30 days notice of termination. Other terms will be considered.

Grazing area of 3.3 hectares more or less.

The block is fully boundary fenced with no internal fences. Fencing is in fair condition.

Water sourced from natural supply (ex spring and small creek) considered sufficient.

Areas of regenerating broom and gorse particularly near the east boundary and surrounding gully system requires regular spraying and management.

Cottage and surrounding area is to be excluded from the lease. Fencing (temporary or permanent) is to be erected around the cottage by the lessee at the lessee's expense.

Small area northwest of the marae is also excluded from the lease.
