This role is crucial to the success of Te Tumu Paeroa. As the Kaituitui Pakirehua | Enquiries Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for client enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service that makes a real difference. You'll be part of a dynamic, close-knit team dedicated to providing top-notch assistance. Ensuring our records are always up-to-date and accurate, following processes and procedures to keep everything running smoothly.

  •  Customer Service Superstar: You have experience in a customer service role and thrive on helping others.
  • Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with technology, including phone systems, CRM systems, and Microsoft products.
  • People Person: You embrace working with people from all walks of life, always working with a high level of mana, and professional at all times.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Clear Communicator: Your communication style is clear and concise, making it easy for everyone to understand you.
  • Team Player: You love working collaboratively and following processes to achieve great results.

Permanent Residency to work in New Zealand is essential. 

Ngā Pae Mōhiotanga Reo Māori: A desire and ability to practise correct pronunciation of Te Reo Māori (essential). 

Ngā Pae Mōhiotanga Tikanga Māori: An understanding and living of Tikanga Māori on a day-to-day level, for example, the removing of shoes before entering a whare, washing hands at the urupa and not sitting on tables (essential).
